i would like to rest my heavy head today because i am exhausted from the move. saturday was one long freakin' day, full of heavy stuff, lots of boxes and lots of corners from upstairs to downstairs. it was hot as hell in the midafternoon and raining in the hours before evening. so we had all the elements come into factor. but we're about 99% done with stuff at the old place. i still have my clothes and a couple small things laying around, but it will take about an hour to get the rest. then we move on to cleaning and organizing our new place. all of our stuff fit though. i was surprised. my wife did an amazing job of packing and organizing. i thought all along she was messing up and not really getting things done, but the day of the move, i finally realized how incredible the job she did was. all the boxes/containers were color-coordinated for each room and she knew exactly how to stack everything. plus, her brother is really good at moving/stacking boxes. so both of them made our day easier.
i have to good stuff i'd like to post, but i'm busy and i don't have internet at home yet, so i'll be popping up every now and again.

I think moving is one of the most un-fun things to do ANYWHERE. Good to know you knocked most of it out. Vacation to Austin seems appropriate at this point. =)
