no more poetry
back early in December, we went to see jeff tweedy solo. we had 2nd row seats and we lucked out that no one in the front row sat in front of us so we had the perfect, unobstructed view of jeff tweedy. the highlight of the night though was when jeff talked to my wife. and it was unsolicited. she didn't call out and yell to him like most of the crowd. she picked her out of the crowd and asked her if she was wearing an avalanche covering. she was wearing a red vampire weekend hoodie that had a medic cross on it. I was shocked and couldn't speak because jeff tweedy was talking to my wife! the show was incredible. it was something i'll never forget. I think I got some goods pictures too. I mean, it was just awesome. I wish jeff would come to town every month.
