warren buffet is buying. that's a signal that i should be buying. now i have to figure out what to buy. i'm putting all my money in reuseable dental floss. it's going to be the next big thing. w.b. (as i like to call him) has a great line: "be fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful." the market is full of fear. so if you're interested, do your homework, find a stable, undervalued company and make a splash. don't dilute your earnings and diversify. go for the big one.
here's a review of the new oliver stone movie W.
how the hell did the red sox come back and win that game last night. wow.
adam smith: eurotrash. is capitalism doomed? no. the problem lies when you brazenly flout the laws of business, there's going to be trouble.
got this in an email from my cousin commenting as joe biden about joe the plumber:
"now don't get me wrong...i love joe the plummer...i'd stick a hot needle in my eye for the man....but he's mentally unstable and smells like feet."

dude, i saw that game last night, what a bunch of crap!!!
It all started with a bad throw to 1st base and then the downward spiral started.
Call me crazy but wasn't that one of the drills in Little League? Maybe TB needs to practice the throw to 1st base and then the 1st baseman needs to practice fielding bad throws. WHAT THE CRAP!!!
And why was the guy in left field playing so shallow??
Did he think he was going to bunt the ball??
Well as you can tell that made me mad, but being an Astros Fan we are used to crazy things like that!!
